I was paying for their virtual office and access membership. Only came there once. Now that I want to cancel, they want to charge me an extra month of extra rent. They are citing their t&c. Greedy, unflexible and acting in bad faith

Wow I cannot say better things about this co-working space. The staff is amazing and so helpful with anything you need. They have breakfast daily, snacks, and happy hour throughout the week! They also host small events to keep the offices buzzing and to get to know the other companies throughout the building. The offices themselves are very large and the furniture provided is quality. The walls are thick so you never have to worry about having hearing a neighbor on the phone or anything. The views are amazing- you can see all the way to Big Bear on a clear day and Santa Monica in the other direction. The space feels mature which is one thing we like about it most. There are no "hot desks" that you might find at a WeWork so the shared spaces are never overrun by random people popping in and out. We moved from a WeWork and we could not have made a better decision. Absolutely love this place and the staff here!

What a great concept for a workplace - the Industrious co-working space. You can tell that a lot of thought went into designing this place. It's so open and airy, with lots of natural light. And there are all sorts of fun amenities, like a coffee bar and lounge area. If you're like most people, you probably spend the majority of your time working from home. While this can be convenient, it can also be quite lonely and isolating. This new co-working space that offers just that. It's an amazing modern working space concept that is perfect for freelancers, entrepreneurs, and small businesses. With Industrious, you'll have access to all the tools and resources you need to get your work done. Plus, you'll be able to network with other professionals and collaborate on projects. If you're looking for an inspiring and productive work environment, Industrious is definitely worth checking out! So impressed, I could definitely see myself working here every day!

Industrious Century City is truly best in class when it comes to co-working environments. Not only is the staff friendly, generous and efficient, they go out of their way to make sure that each member of the community is supported. Coming from the HR and Operations side of the business, I noticed immediately that companies core values aren't just words on a piece of paper, they are the driving force behind the exceptional design, hospitality and efficiency you will experience as a community member. Our team is grateful to be one of the first members at this location. We are inspired every day we come to work here!

My team and I have been working out of Industrious for over a year and have nothing but positive things to say about the space. It is truly the most welcoming community. Anthony and Adrienne are so kind, genuine and fantastic cooks! Our team really enjoys the complimentary breakfast every morning. We have a few employees with dietary restrictions and Adrienne will go out of her way to make sure these employees always have an option. I would highly recommend the downtown MN Industrious to any small business looking for a home.

Industrious has been a perfect location for my employer's staff as we prep to move into our permanent space. We've been working at Industrious since May and it feels like home. Anthony is beyond amazing and the most gracious host I've ever encountered. He makes every guest feel welcome to the fullest extent! Our staff loves his warm and inviting energy and desire to make you the most comfortable. He is the epitome of professional but still takes a few minutes has to have a pleasant conversation with his members. And his culinary skills have shined through with the delicious dishes he's shared with us! The Industrious space is very clean, modern, technology equipped, comfortable with an upbeat vibe. Our staff has been very happy with the amenities and staff at Industrious and we're very thankful for all they do!

Industrious, downtown Minneapolis, is an amazing place. I've been here 8 months, and if you asked me to name one thing to improve---I don't know that I'd have an answer. The space is clean, spacious, modern, and filled with everything we need to be productive--with gorgeous views of the skyline. The community managers are professional, but also very warm and attentive. If I have a question about anything at all, I know Hannah's got me. Aside from the everyday comforts of daily coffee and breakfast, the constant rotation of candy bowl fare, and the fridge stocked to the gills with every flavor of La Croix imaginable--it's evident that community engagement is a priority here. Thursday happy hours, do-it-yourself activities, and other events give us all a chance to get to know each other--even the naturally-standoffish will find something to enjoy. Altogether, we have a fabulous work environment here at Industrious. Great location, better people. Keep up the good work!

Simply amazing. Claire and Kourtney are so welcoming and engaging. They work so hard to make sure things run smoothly at the space and have time to curate unique moments for us to enjoy like charcuterie spreads from Grazerie Mpls for happy hour and DIY bath salts. Office is beautiful. It's all fantastic.
