Axel and Lo are great hosts. The location is bright, clean, and quiet. Its close to a bunch of good food places. The internet is great.

Since I opened my business I have experienced two collaborative workspaces. Neither of them hold a candle to Industrious! It is the little things that give me peace of mind to focus on the growth and development of my business, but these little things have proved to be BIG for myself and my clients. To start, the staff is knowledgeable, professional, always available for questions and help, and provide a level of customer service that makes me look good! They greet my clients with a smile, connect with them, and make them feel welcomed. The amenities are off the charts. Like I said, the little things really make a difference. For example, they empty out our trash cans each night and it is included in my membership, which goes to show they care about the cleanliness of the space. They serve breakfast and snacks each day, which is amazing, especially when you have employees working for you. They offer coffee, tea, the fixings, and infused water with an ice machine. There is a kitchen for the guest area, but also a separate kitchen just for the members. I truly appreciate the separation! Sometimes my clients will come in and grab a snack or a drink, making their experience with me even more enjoyable. When my business grows, so does their exposure AND... when I need to expand I am incentivized to keep expanding within. Oh.. other amenities that make a big difference include plates, bowls, silverware, glasses, and coffee cups. They have separate bins for trash and recycle, I love this! There are always plenty of paper towels and napkins and the bathrooms are stocked with mouthwash and rinse cups. Another perk includes state of the art conference rooms which I can book for workshops and meetings. This feature is another big win for my business. The location is superb. I put together a video for parking for my clients which really helped my clients find me more easily. So parking can be a bit difficult at first unless you are proactive. But... here at Park Place they offer 2-hour free visitor parking, which is all my clients need. Free and convenient parking is a big win in this area and was a must-have on my list. The location is near eateries, shops, LA Fitness, and conveniently located right off the freeway - easy to find! Ruth Chris, Jan's, Lemonade, North Italia.. just to name a few. The offices are quiet, which I did not expect given the glass walls, but was pleasantly surprised. Another big perk in my book are the members here. My clients and I have already noticed a difference in the culture of the members who are affluent, professional, and respectful of the collaborative space. I was nervous about moving to a new space but the transition was smooth as can be. And.... very grateful for Adam and Brandon. I was a bit high maintenance and they did not blink an eye. This has been the best move in my business since I opened my doors. Thank you Industrious, you are a level above the rest!
