Terrible customer service. I wasted an afternoon trying to get a tour and I couldn't get in. No one answered the call or sent me a QR code to enter.

I absolutely love Industrious. I've worked out of five different locations so far and each one is unique but all operate at the same high level of standard. The staff is always very friendly and super attentive. When I first started, I would unintentionally bombard them with emails and questions, but every single response was as delightful and helpful as the very first one. Great customer service goes a long way! Aside from the free breakfast, what I really love about Industrious is the accessibility to all the different locations. Being able to work out of any location across the country up to 5 times a month is such a benefit! And lastly, Industrious values the importance of keeping occupancy numbers at a comfortable level while maintaining a vibrant, professional atmosphere. It feels very balanced between hard work and fun. If you need a flexible environment that maximizes your productivity, then I highly recommend Industrious. =)

Plenty of different spaces for all work styles. I really enjoy the daily breakfast and/or healthy afternoon snacks and Thursday happy hours. Overall a really great space with an amazing community team!
