I can only provide a review about the co-working area and although I agree with other regular clients that this location in San Silvestro is gorgeous; however, I also think that the area might become from time to time noisy and busy (on several occasions during TCs, I’ve had difficulties to hear properly and/or other attendees would complain about the noises in my background ☹). I would not recommend this space to other professionals who need high concentration when on business trip. Although the staff is quite strict when it comes to reprimand clients for not wearing face masks properly, they seem not to have any control on people engaging in loud/long informal conversations in common areas. Finally, I’m sorry to say that the staff has shown sometimes unprofessional by loudly complaining about clients in the kitchen area (which is human, I feel it, however you can’t help but feeling reprimanded, although you personally are not guilty of any wrongdoing 😊) … The monthly fee is very affordable for both individuals and for any company. I’m not sure though if the service is worth the price.  In The Properzio office, during autumn/early winter 2021 internet connection has gone down for hours on several occasions. No excuses or reassurances or updates ever received from the staff.
