I'm impressed with the building. The white marble finishes, the tree in Floor 1, the inclined concrete columns. The elevator takes a long time and it does distribute the floor inputs and users equally. The marble floors cracked in the September earthquakes. We had a minor incident where one day smoke from a lower floor inundated floor 3 and the air system was inefficient at sucking the smoke. I think LEED buildings such as this one should be efficient at all times. The awesome part about it is the terrace atop of the building it has amazing views to the city east and south. Nevertheless, it's really cool building.
