Impossible to reachout through phone, no one bothers to pick the call

Highly disappointed with the service, I guess this is how businesses are being done in Pakistan. Have been trying to book a meeting room for the last 3 days but couldn't, their website payment system is much to be desired.

I asked for an upgrade in November and they gave me a verbal price which was more than the website listed price. I asked them to send me a proper quotation which they failed to send and later renewed my existing contract (Virtual Address). After 1 month wait they send me invoice, I again ask them to send invoice which they have not sent as of now! I don’t know why the hell are they sending me the invoice despite of numerous email communications. Poor customer services, I’ve worked with Regus saudi before but never expected this. And one thing for sure, I will not pay for a forced renewal 😤
