Overrated. Plus, they have been nagging me with their email about non payment. I had used their venue once @ 3000 NPR per hour for five hours, which is too high for the service they provide. I had paid them in cash and now they written to me at least three times asking for money. It is beginning to look crazy

Nice and Friendly staffs, but you need to pay for everything. Pay separately for parking, pay separately for every little things. Already the space is too expensive and additional cost for each and every little essential is not quite fair.

Excellent place for ready to move-in office. It has excellently managed office infrastructures and facilities for those, who are looking for organized and fully furnish offices. Conference room and board rooms are well equipped to hold smaller meetings. Rates are very reasonable while compared with the office operation costs on Kathmandu. Rather Regus might be much cheaper if you are setting office for shorter period as it would save office setup cost.
