Stayed here from the 14th of May until the 20th of May. Yumer, Ash, Victor and the staff were amazing. You'll be treated well.

My partner's son Friend and I arrived at Marriott Earl’s Court hotel the room wasn't ready, kindly the staff sent us to have our breakfast
Then we left our luggage at the Porter. We went out shopping. later on, we went back to the hotel the receptionist a lady was very nice gave us the room card.
The first impression is the corridors smell very nice. The pretty little room was great 1 sofa bed in seating room with balcony and table 2 seats, a commodity dishwasher, oven, fridge, other room double bed plenty of lights. then I realise that they send us to the room without checking the room. Marriott supposed to be a prestigious hotel? What happened to its standard? The front side of the hotel was very dirty the floor has some stain, the housekeeper when they change the Landry they don’t put towel bedsheet in the trolley they dump it on the floor? Strange. The bin, mirror, oven, wall paint and cutlery. If it is a franchise and you cannot keep it at high standing why? The breakfast is industrial everything comes frozen. You had 2 years the government give money in hospitality do better. This is what happened when they changed management. I know what is high standing I was they’re 2 years ago the hotel was very clean. I forgot the cushion in the sitting room was cut off with a knife I complain and they never changed it. no no Marriott I am surprised that you can deliver such service.

We stayed here recently during the Chelsea flower show. An executive room with king size bed. From start to finish the service was excellent. Room very comfortable, modern and clean. Had a lovely evening meal and the breakfast was excellent. All staff were very attentive and extremely helpful. Some of the best service I have ever had in a hotel. Would most definitely recommend.

Rooms are very small, long wait for lifts, can stay at Xenia across the street for a more authentic yet still Marriott experience
