I booked online for a table for four and also confirmed by email. There was no record of our booking at the restaurant reception when we arrived. However they had plenty of tables available. Food was good but service not so. Ordered coffee to finish and after paying waited for an age it but it didn't arrive. Then asked and it eventually arrived but no apology.

Fantastic Fantastic Fantastic Afternoon tea for two, one person had complex dietary requirements but nothing was too much trouble. Staff and chef checked and offered substitutes. Service couldn't be better. Highly recommend, if your looking for an afternoon tea, evening meal or overnight stay come to Kingsmill.

We had a wonderful short break as a family. From the beginning the staff were lovely on the phone when I initially enquired. Our family room was perfect and the kids loved the bunk beds. Throughout the staff were great, really engaging with the children and couldn’t have been more helpful. Our food was delicious and the pool was perfect for a rainy couple of days in Inverness. It was just a quick ten minute walk to the centre as well. It was nice to see a hotel buzzing mid week in Feb. You’re doing a great job. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you.
