Something is always broken or in need or repair. In the span of approximately six months, the dishwasher, the elevator, the internet, HVAC, have all been broken at some point. Repairs often take multiple days to get fixed. There are better options for office space rentals.

Do not rent here, they send out junk email that states they are changing your terms and weather or not you see it, reply to it or even acknowledge it they change your contract terms from month to month to a 6 month or 1 year term and they seem to think that's ok. Just Google it

The space is nice, the front desk help is wonderful, but the HVAC system is a nighmare. The front desk people do their best to fix it & do a good job of keeping people informed, but the over & over problems with being too hot or chilly make this a tough place to rent from. If not for the HVAC this would have five stars!!!

This was such an amazing office to work out of temporarily. The company I work for rented some space while our business was being built, and I really enjoyed it there. The receptionists are beautiful, friendly, kind, and go above and beyond to help when you need it. We also had the beverage package so I greatly enjoyed the coffee machine. I'm sure what brand the thing was, but it sure made some good coffee. I also really enjoyed the "think pods" in the waiting area where you could go and work peacefully alone. Those came in handy for me many times. They also have really yummy caramel candies at the front desk lol
