extremely bad experience getting a refund from Regus Menara CIMB. Still struggling to get a refund from them. The reason given was they are still checking with the bank and it is almost 4 months already but yet to receive any feedback from them.. personal advice.please don't sign up with them.. poor customer service.

ALL KL Sentral staff is very kindness and good quality. I would recommend it to my friends. But Some Indian company talk outside loudly. If this problem is fixed, I think this Regus office would be more great. I hope this Regus would keep this great environmental.

the payment type is full of trap and the termination/refund process very bad. Super easy when sign up but super difficult when u wish to terminate. Think twice before you sign up.

the place is good, but people like the manager and the incharge staff, just to get your commitment to the highest rent, which i feel is not fair, there are so many options in sentral area, try them before choosing this service provider
