I came here to try out their co-working space before I commit to any co-working office etc. permanently (surveying around for the best one for myself). I love the ambience and the co-working desk and it’s rated appropriately too. The place itself is really nice to work at. Thus why I gave 3/5 stars. However, I think your receptionist can do better at serving when accepting newly joined customers. It was my first time and I did not feel guided or welcomed too much, despite already booking and paying for my co-working desk on your app. I felt like I intruded the space or something when she asked for member number etc and I was clueless which is understandable as it is my first time. I hope that the front desk staff can receive more training regarding this. Nonetheless, it wasn’t all bad cause the other receptionist who came in the same time as I did was a lot more friendlier and answered my query about the water and coffee/tea station well. Later that afternoon the 1st receptionist did show me the toilet in a much better tone. Still worth a try for sure and thank you for having me!
