All of the staff at Reception are always willing and able to assist with however simple or complicated of an issue I may need assistance with! They are always thorough and communicate very well regarding local activities and updates via Emily and Christine from the front desk. PLEASE continue your great efforts and work as an awesome Team. Thank you guys so much and my company looks forward to continuing to work with the Regus- Met team in Louisville and Lexington KY.

I want to say i definitely recommend this building. Emily has been so kind and her customer service is excellent. She always goes over an beyond to make me want to come back as I do travel alot and makes me feel at home. The office is always cleans and there always willing to help. The staff there are also amazing. I definitely recommend Regus.

Upon arrival to renting a meeting room, the first thing I noticed was the lobby was quiet & clean. The staff there is amazing, especially the receptionist. Overall, it was an excellent first Impression.

This Regus Center in downtown Louisville is a wonderful place to work and conduct business. Brian Schneider and the support staff of Jacob Lane and Mandi Raffety do a superb job of making things run smoothly on a daily basis. The facility is nicely decorated with state of the art conference rooms and office space. The waiting area and kitchen areas are spacious and clean. The location on 4th St. is in the heart of downtown with many restaurants, hotels and entertainment within walking distance. I would recommend this Regus Center to anyone looking for "ready to go" office space in downtown Louisville.
