Extremely rude security guard/ receptionist. I was temping at a company in the building and was instructed by my recruiter and the company themselves to meet the manager of the day at the stated floor (this was the same protocol I followed the last time I temped at this same company).
The security guard/ receptionist shouted at me to "sit down" when I raised this calmly, only to then be informed of the same instruction I was given when he finally called the company. Shocking behaviour.

With such a massive space, I really do think Labs could provide furniture more conducive for professional collaboration and desks/tables for working. If we wanted the small coffee table and low seating, we could have just gone to Starbucks!
Paid 30GBP for a day pass. Beautiful decor as well as complimentary tea and coffee.
My issues was around the use of space and amount of people there.
My colleagues and I were looking for a table or booth to work at together and they were all full. We ended up settling at one of the tiny round coffee tables scattered along the edge of the main room. A very tight fit and nowhere to put anything aside form our 3 laptops. Along the glass windows are single chairs with tiny coffee tables. Not suitable for desk work at all. In addition, the centre of the room is filled with loungy sofas and more coffee tables. Not an area that induces a working environment. More of a lounge/chill/nap vibe. To no surprise, they were all empty!

Looks good on the surface, but if you haven't got an office, it's really bad for actually doing work. There are no ergonomic seats, and very few places to sit with a desk and power. There are a few booths, but people seem to claim them very early, and then leave their stuff there for the rest of the day.

MacBook Pro stolen - Thieves at LABS 90 High Holborn
I had my MacBook Pro stolen from the 4th-floor co-working space when I went to get a coffee on the same floor. According to LABS the thief walked past reception, through a secure door, walked around one floor, then another one, and through a second secure door before stealing my laptop.
LABS has been most unhelpful in resolving the matter, only referring to their T&Cs and 'advising members not to leave their personal items unattended in the communal spaces for any period of time’. This would mean for all roaming members to carry their laptops around then they get a glass of water, go to the toilet or go out to grab lunch.

This is one of my favourite shared office spaces from hubble. Very spacious and tidy.
Lots of free tea, coffee and fruits.
