Regeneration NE is a disabled-led arts organisation. We needed wheelchair accessible premises with good transport links, (provided by the nearby A19 and local bus routes). Other developments will not lease to small companies like us but LV Workspace worked with us to find the best solution for the budget we had. The building manager has a conspicuous presence during business hours. Recent security upgrades provide added peace of mind. There is a really nice balance of business types in the building. Visitors always comment on the amazing views and location, too. Lighthouse View Workspace ticks all the boxes for us. Recommended.

We started here in the co-working spaces some months ago. We recently took one of their self contained serviced offices on the third floor that's recently undergone an amazing refurb. The views from the all floors are amazing but particularly breath-taking from the third floor. Arriving every morning to work is a joy. The offices are extremely well presented and the break out and meeting areas make for excellent gathering points for clients and staff. The building staff here are friendly, attentive and professional and couldn't do enough for us to make our moving in as smooth as possible. Highly recommended!

A great place if you are looking for a workspace boasting spectacular views of the coast. The offices and facilities are very clean and the staff are friendly and will help you in anyway they can. there are showers vending machines they also provide tea coffee and milk to keep everyone going.

The best in the area if you need a professional, modern, well-located office for your business. Plenty of free parking, 24/7 access and lovely staff. It's great for impressing clients when you invite them for meetings.

If you are looking for a friendly professional atmosphere you have found right here. Both staff Angela and Leanne are very approachable and friendly who go over and beyond to help in every way possible. The building has parking facilities, disabled friendly and looks amazing.
