Regus management seems to have abandoned this foresaken and run-down building. The fire alarm system is broken, and they can't be bothered to fix it; the sink in one of the kitchens leaked onto cleaning chemicals, filling the room with chlorine gas; when appliances break they don't fix or replace them because apparently luxuries like a microwave or a working tap "aren't in the contract"; Wi-Fi speed is often terrible and it apparently takes days to get a technician out to reboot; to make coffee, you need to buy an individual Nespresso pod from a vending machine with a special card that only works 1 time out of 3. I was trapped in my office once because the handle broke due to shoddy installation, and the staff told me they had to take a photo of me trapped in the office, otherwise management wouldn't take it seriously. In summary: this is a death-trap with extremely cursed vibes. Working here feels like you're in the beginning of an episode of Casualty about a horrific work accident, or possibly a new Saw movie. If your company makes you work here, find a new job.

Amazing and welcoming staff, building is tidy and bright

Walk in the door and feel so welcomed. I only use them for virtual office but always look forward to collecting the mail.
