Attended our office Christmas party here last week and it was good. On entering the hotel, you will find yourself in the lobby. The interior design and decor of the lobby is reminiscent of the 1950s. It is spacious and beautiful. There is wheelchair access but you will have to inform staff in advance so that they can support you. The lifts are wheelchair/pram/pushchair accessible. The stairs are swirly and big with enough room for people to walk up and down without crowding each other. Our party was held in the Wellington ballroom. Lovely decor and easily accessible to the toilets.
I didn’t stay at the hotel but it was busy there. It’s in a prime location for central London. Staff were great. Had a lovely day.

I book a room at 8 pm last minute after a bad experience in an other hotel.
Hilton was great checking took one minute the elevator arrived fast and my bag arrived fast. The basic room are a little small but suits are nice. The view is amazing and i like the location.

The location can't be beat right next to the park and anywhere you want to visit for attractions. Ana helped us to fix our room issues and made our stay so special! The basic rooms need renovated as they have some rough carpets and beds but the hotel knows and is working on it. Still a great stay for tourists or business travel.

Check in was smooth and greeted with champagne. Room had an incredible view. Staff were super helpful. I found the rooms to be quite outdated, but you do get a certain standard.
Nice alternative considering the other options in the area.

Great location nearby bus stations. Nice breakfast but it's the same dishes everyday.
Rooms are old and small. I've asked for an early check-in but wasn't given unless I pay more although the room was ready. I asked for a late check out but once again wasn't given it. Overall ok but definitely not worth the price
