Stay away from this place. The company that deals with this Sutton point called Regus, they charging for amounts they set themselves without prior notice. I asked about the cheapest option in a public place. It was supposed to be £211. I replied by email that I wanted to cancel because they added another £75 fee for additional service and other service. Price end up for £512,20. I wrote again that I wanted to resign and its too expensive for me becouse of hiding costs. They didint replay to email i've send them. After 3 days they send me Invoice for £835,95. I never even been there!
A Regus employee named Jaklyn called me today 04/10/2023. She was very rude and shouted at me that I had to pay because they were reporting me to a debt collection company, even though I clearly said them (by phone then email) that I didn't need their service and that I wanted to resign week earlier on 22 September. I wonder how many people they have deceived like this. I don't know how this case will end, but be careful and don't use this place

I booked a board room at Sutton Point for a full day (November 3rd) for £430. I had gone through the website to book and received a call to proceed with the formalities. I was contacted by an external agency (Regus) confirming details of the booking and reassuring me that it would be managed by them. The Spaces staff was not cooperative and were behaving as though the booking had nothing to do with them.
Upon arrival, the Spaces staff had been incredibly rude and uncooperative during our booking—especially as we had booked for a full day. At lunch, my team left the boardroom to get some air and sat down for barely 15 minutes in an empty communal area with chairs and tables (with no signs or posters indicating that every space was for hire) and the receptionist told us that we would be charged extra once again. When I asked them why they didn’t let us know prior to us using the space, their response was “you didn’t ask”.
We asked multiple times for the AC to be turned on and the staff refused and told us that it was on (with no ventilation or windows in the boardroom).
It seemed as though they are using every opportunity to unnecessarily charge us and catch us off guard. The two women at the desk put their hands up and were unwilling to help or cooperate with us to resolve the issue. They told us to take the matter up with the agency we went through--who were telling us different information. There was a massive lack of management and training at Spaces Sutton Point and it is unworthy of the price. Avoid it and use one of the neighboring hotel boardrooms with much better service and affordable price.

The location is great, new and modern and I was looking forward to moving in to this new building but unfortunately the air-conditioning system has not worked in 12 months.
The agent who sold us the deal on the place told us we would have individual room temperature control. That was simply not true. We don't have any control over the temperature. The one and only control panel sits is down at reception. On any given day (Winter/Summer) the temperature would be freezing in some offices while others are sitting at 26C. This has been and continue to be my single biggest issue with SPACES SUTTON over the last 12 months. I can't ask my team to come in because it is genuinely just not comfortable to work. The end result is paying for an office which is hardly used.
The issue has been ongoing for more than 12 months, which is a long time to wait an air-conditioning solution from the landlord. To date we have not received any information as to when it will be sorted out.
If you are considering moving in, think twice! At the very least, sign a short lease to try it out first. We signed a 24th lease and I genuinely wish we didn't.
I will remove this review when the issue is resolved....so if you are reading this, we are still trying to find a solution.

This is a great place with comfortable chairs, laptop charge points, an ideal place to work if ur away from office or in London for business.
Customer service was great for me.
