"Spaces" is a new office building in town, where you can rent office space, long term or even short term. Great location, good furniture, a fine place to be!

I am experiencing a technical issue where I am being charged for bookings that have already been paid for. I informed the Receptionists of the issue. One Receptionist never got back to me, and the other told me to log a ticket online. It has been a week since I logged 2 tickets, and I haven't received any responses and continue to experience the technical issue.
