Last spring I had billing problems that were fortunately resolved. But 2023 is a new year, with new problems. It is the first time I have ever experienced a company try to change the terms of a contract already in place and paid in full, on time. I was informed on 2 Feb that it was a mistake, and that it would be fixed, and I would receive a credit note "as soon as possible." Instead I received today a warning to pay, or the service would be suspended. This is not funny.
