I’ve been renting a ~80 sqft private office in Regus for 2.5 months and I fully regret my decision. While the office looks private it is not private at all - the walls are paper thin and since I can hear every word uttered in the offices next to me even when all the doors are closed. In the last 2.5 months I heard people talking about proprietary information; I heard a husband fighting with his wife; I even heard a conversation between a doctor and his patients!!! I don't want to even think about what they have heard me saying! The noise was extremely distracting, interfered with my work, and made me feel very uncomfortable. I complained about the noise to the staff but they could not offer any solution, and management simply ignored my complaint. In addition, Regus thought it’s acceptable to charge me a restoration fee of $392 when I announced I’m leaving. The charge is supposed to cover “restoration” for my 80 sqft office, although there is nothing to restore since I’m leaving the office at the same condition I got it. But supposedly cleaning an 80 sq ft of office space is more than twice as expensive than cleaning my entire house!!!

The staff: both Christine and Emily have gone above and beyond to help me. During all of the difficulties from the Covid protocol and the remodel. They have been able to help me and my clients navigate. Professional, and ability to communicate - make the working environment pleasant.

The Newton Regus is a beutiful center. Well kept and very friendly staff. The other people working from the center are friendly and considerate. It makes for a great work environment. Would recommend to anyone looking for office space.

I signed up for this service to have access to the Newton location, which I explained to the rep when I signed up. It turns out that this location is under construction, so therefore closed for months. I only found this out when I went to reserve an office there and got a call from their employee in the Newton office. I asked to have my account canceled and refunded. They refused to refund and are in fact charging me for 2 months. This is a scam.
