I'm currently renting a mailbox at this location of Spaces. I had an automatic payment on for paying my invoices. The company deactivated the automatic payments without letting me know which caused several late payments and fees. When I contacted them about the issue asking why I wasn't informed of this change? the reply was that they has sent an email about it. I didn't see that. possibly went to spam. That's all their customer service. They seem to be interested in their late fees than the continuous business of their customers. I will be moving to another company that does care about their customers.

I have been at Spaces Newbury for years. The experience there for my team and me has been exceptional. The fifth-floor open area is full of natural light from a plethora of skylights. The small, medium and large conference rooms are perfect. All dining and shopping options are readily available within a few minutes as is public parking transportation (Green Line Hynes), bus and Blue Bikes. The staff is consistently great. They are quick to respond to all requests for help. I expect to be here a long time.

Been here for 10 Months, Great Value, Only Complaint : Employees can be incompetent, and rude after you just made several unnecessarily displays of politeness towards them, but this is a rare occassion, The manager Jason Irving always straightens things out and is a very genuine guy to deal with in this industry.
