Awful experience all the way around loud common area, terrible internet connection in phone booths. Amenities aren’t tended to (couldn’t access filtered water for a month). Sneaky charges and terrible customer service.

Comparably priced to other co-working options in the area, but you get less for your money. Facilities are poorly maintained, and everything that can be monetized individually is an additional cost. i.e. Pay per page for printing, additional charge for coffee, etc. New staff seem a little more involved, so I'm slightly optimistic that they will make improvements, but in it's current state, I'm finding something else.

This place is so unorganized and very unprofessional. I do not recommend them. They are legit scamming me out of my money. They keep over charging me, and this has happened more than one. Then they inconvenience you by asking to see all of your statements. You can’t even see which payment method you used for each payment! My monthly payments are not adding up. Every time I pay for a month, it shows up some time later that I haven’t paid that month that I already paid. It’s impossible to speak to anyone higher up. The supervisor Emily refuses to give me her supervisors contact information. Their customer service is trash. They take forever to get back to you. Then they get annoyed that you are frustrated with their overcharging. Now they refuse to answer my calls or call me back. They treat their customers very badly. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
