Regus service has been abysmal , I will start with when we were asked to move upstairs because of the refurbishment of the ground floor. When we were moved to the 1st floor instead of providing us with a like for like room we given 2 small rooms. We were made aware by the Team manager Pete and Elenore at Regus that we wont be charged restoration if we decided to move on from Regus during our stay on the 1st floor because of the inconvenience caused however we have still be charged. Since we’ve been relocated from the ground floor office to the 1st floor in December, it has caused great inconvenience due to the ongoing renovation taking place on the whole of the ground floor. Firstly, we were given a smaller room compared to the one we had downstairs alongside a another small room next door to it which we were told initially at the time that the wall will be removed to make it into one big room. Secondly, when we moved upstairs Regus backtracked on their word and said that the wall will not be removed as we’ll be there temporarily, which we then reluctantly agreed upon. Since then, I have called and sent many emails and over the course of 4-5 months in regards to the inadequate room temperatures we’ve been experiencing which has led us to fully open our doors due to it being too hot despite using several fans in the room. This has caused huge issues for us as there is no privacy within our work space environment and consequently, we’re disturbing our neighbours because of the noise levels. It was mentioned by Pete the team leader from Regus and Elenore at the time that our temporary relocation would last till March, however the dates for moving back downstairs has been pushed back on many occasions. We were told that we we’ll be going back down to the ground floor towards the end of May, then June and now July. Due to the issues, we’ve had and still currently experiencing in regards to the room temperature and opening our office door, leaving with us with no privacy whilst conducting our business activities. Anyone who is interested in renting office space with Regus I will definitely say not to and think elsewhere.
