It's a pleasure coming into this office every day, the young ladies on reception are always bright, bubbly and pleasant to speak with. This incorporated with the amazing view from Level 50 will ensure that you have a pleasurable experience when visiting Regus.

We have left Regus Melbourne after 2.5 years. I can't believe there are any positive reviews about them on Google given our experience and the countless stories online. They are unhelpful and unethical. I must admit there have been a few good receptionists there but they are soon moved on to other Regus "centres" and you get a lot of kids who aren't very good. For 1.5 years of our stay we had unresolved issues such as an overheated office. These issues were raised with 5 different staff but no resolution. There is always somebody else to blame "my manager", "the offshore finance team". They claim to have the advantage of a worldwide network. The one time I worked in Sydney the receptionists had no idea I had booked and had to find an empty office at the last minute. They quote for offices based on ex GST and excluding compulsory charges like internet and kitchen. I was wrongly charged $1,540 for IT services I never used. It took over two years to sort it out. I signed up for direct debit. They cancelled the direct debit and then sent emails telling me I was overdue. Finally I asked for an invoice with the correct charges. They didn't supply an invoice. They said I had to pay first and said they would lock me out of my office if I didn't pay. Even then, they couldn't tell me how much exactly I should pay. I had to estimate it. I couldn't close my business so I quickly paid an estimated amount. It ended up being too much and I asked for a refund. There had been no refund. I asked for them to correct the invoice as promised. I haven't seen a correct invoice. There is a website set up dedicated to their shenanigans called "Regus Sucks". That should tell you something. Stay away.

Very happy with services and office locations except sales personnel are very aggressive and trick you into contracts you don't need.
