Hotel is in the City so when you book, remember that and don't expect the peace and tranquility of the Country. It is well placed and although it is showing signs of age it is still very nice and pleasant. The staff are very polite and helpful. We did have trouble with the flush on the toilet but finally worked it out. Would have liked to have drawers in the room, but apart from that all was good. The food was lovely and served quickly and we were a group of 11.

We are here as part of a tour group. Our room is small, but very comfortable with a King size bed. It is also VERY comfortable. Our dinner tonight was delicious, my wife had the chicken, while I had the salmon. Both of us enjoyed our meals. The service was prompt and courteous. We would be very happy to visit again when we visit Inverness again.

Roomy enough, clean room. Excellent dinner service and very good food. Our servers were Ian & Stephen at our tour group dinner and both were helpful, polite, and provided a very good service.

Great location though could potentially be noisy at night. The food was good. Breakfast was great value with a lovely view to enjoy while you ate. Room was perfect for one person. All the staff were lovely

We booked a privilege room and asked for the river view. The room we got was amazing, very spacious with a gorgeous view. The bed was comfortable, with the room having water bottles and the usual tea service. Our room was serviced everyday. The room can do with bit more lighting, especially around the entry/cupboard area as you cannot really read anything sitting on the sofa. Also the TV has really less options, so adding a few channels or option for a smart TV would be a plus. The breakfast timings were till 10 or 10.30 on weekends which was perfect. The food was good with the dining area having a river view. The hotel is perfectly located right near the station, and on the main street. Groceries, bar, restaurants, shops etc are all very close. I think the place exceeding my expectations.
