My experience with Regus has been deeply disappointing. I contracted a plan with them, agreeing to a specific number of people to use the services. However, after a couple of months and the manager being changed, I was abruptly informed that the agreed upon number was not possible and that I would have to settle for fewer people than I originally requested. This failure to comply with the agreements is unacceptable and reflects a clear lack of professionalism on the part of Regus. In addition, communication problems with the new manager were constant. It was difficult to establish clear and effective communication with her, which led to confusion and delays in resolving issues. As a customer, you expect to be able to rely on smooth communication with the staff in charge, but unfortunately this has not been the case with Regus. Another worrying aspect is the extensive staff turnover I witnessed during my time as a client. The constant change of staff makes it difficult to know and understand my needs as a client. Every time I have to deal with a new employee, I have to repeat the details of the contract and face a learning curve. This demonstrates a lack of stability and consistency in the management of Regus. Overall, my experience with Regus has been extremely negative. Their non-compliance with agreements, communication problems, and high staff turnover have created a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend Regus as an option for those looking for reliable service and quality customer service. I hope my review is helpful to those considering using Regus services and can make an informed decision based on my experience.

The facilities are nice, the reception staff comes and goes, some very friendly, others not so much. The air conditioning has never been fixed or it is too cold or too hot. Lately it is very common for Wi-Fi and telephone service to fail and the truth is that office rents are not cheap at all so these services are unstable.

I love this place, the people on the 12th floor are very friendly, they ask for identification to enter any floor
