Before reading what I originally wrote, please note that the one star rating is not just because of a picture. The elevators are super slow and only a couple work. The temperature in the offices are either freezing or way too hot. The parking garage is convenient but designed weird and in need of some repairs. Original post: Our company has been renting offices from Regus for a little less than a year. We're a huge company with offices all over the world. We did a spirit week for Halloween and with so many participants we decided to go downstairs in the atrium where there's more space to take pictures of everyone in their costumes. We was quickly shut down my security, saying that we are not allowed to take pictures! We was then going to go outside and again was told that we can't pictures outside either! We all had to go back up to the 19th and cram in front of receptions desk to take a group photo. We had some people who were considering having their wedding there, but they have now decided against it. It's really a Shane that such a large company can be so pretty over a simple photograph.

Great location, staff and amenities but TERRIBLE billing department. Every month miscellaneous &/or inaccurate fees would be added to my invoice and automatically drafted from my account. I would need to spend HOURS reviewing invoices, calling the help desk, and resolving discrepancies, because their staff did not have the 'authority' to assist. Even when the charges would be resolved it would take weeks, sometimes MONTHS to have funds returned or credited to my account. For a global company I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED in the attention to detail as it relates to their billing and customer service. Again, I loved the amenities and location - but I would NEVER rent from any Regus location again as a result of their poor attention to detail and inability to properly invoice and credit their tenants.

I work in a small branch office of a larger company and we have rented Regus space in Southfield, MI for 3 years. We have had a great experience with consistent management and no problems. Any issues are quickly addressed and resolved to our satisfaction. There has been some staff turnover but the quality has been excellent. The management and staff are efficient, friendly, and easy to work with. I haven't had to deal with the financial end of the rental agreements but the work end of things has been great. I recommend them.
