While the location was fine I can’t say I would recommend the hotel and it is far from four stars. We went as part of a group but I have recommend staying elsewhere. It was not clean or updated and the staff were mildly helpful at best. While our group was large they made clear that we were stressing them out and were often snippy. The food for dinner was fine but the restaurant and bar early and if you are in London for games you need more late options. Breakfast was fine but a nightmare if you have food allergies. I had to make multiple trips to the front desk as they replaced my towels with visibly dirty ones and the key cards for the elevator and rooms did not work well.

A/C broke down during my first day and was not fixed (although they sent someone to fix). They did not offer me another room claiming they were fully booked. Instead, I was offered a fan (which was OK since I was there during a time where weather was pleasant).
Rooms need to be taken care of. A bit old and needs to be cleaned better. The bathrooms, too, should be cleaned better. I received stained towels. I’ve stayed in other better 4-star hotels. Not sure I’d return. Such a shame, though, as the location is great (close to a subway station and near Kings Road).

Nice hotel, outside there’s 24/7 security because of the stadium. Rooms are quite big but i got two single beds instead of a big one like requested. There’s no fridge, which is weird for a 4 star hotel, you find them in 3 stars hotels. No electric sockets around the beds, air conditioner didn’t work and rooms were very cold.

We specifically picked this hotel because it is supposed to have air-conditioned rooms. We thought that would justify the fairly high price. The room we were initially given had AC that was not working. They gave us a different room that had functional AC — but it stopped working after 4 days. We reported that it was broken at about 9:00 in the morning after a hot, sleepless night, but it still was not fixed when we returned to the room at 10:00 at night. After reporting the non-functioning AC a second time (at 10:30pm), they gave us a fan. Needless to say, we are not impressed with this hotel. If, like us, you are picking this place because of the air conditioning, you may be very disappointed. I will update this review if they are able to finally fix the AC.

Awesome stay. Loved everything. Free up grade. Great breakfast. Super Club room. Spotlessly clean. Staff friendly and knowledgeable - from cleaning staff to security. Would stay here again on my next visit to London
