I am proud to show my family my office at this location. I can always appreciate the friendly professional candor of the staff... When you work somewhere every day, that is HUGELY important. All the amenities are top of the line, and entire building is very spacious and NEW with high ceilings and well lit. Seriously, look around and you will find (as I did) the unparalleled value of this place. I wish I could take pictures to prove it, but it's definitely worth a visit because work is your home away from home!! Sigrid and Alecia are the people you want to call, they are very gracious and will tell you if there are any deals going on. Good luck!!

I needed an office space for one month and the $340 fee at Regus seemed like a reasonable option. To my understanding, I would pay the $340 monthly fee and a retainer that would be returned at the end of my short contract. At no point during the "sales courting" was I made aware of the "Restoration Fee" that was to be issued at a flat rate at the conclusion of my short stay. $340 became $585 and it is unacceptable that the sales associate Alicia Smith, well aware of this fact, would fail to bring this to my attention. Beyond the dishonest omission by Smith, a $245.16 fee to clean a tiny office used scarcely over the course of 30 days is ludicrous. It seems reasonable to mention that a fee will be tagged on which will increase what a customer was expecting to pay by 72%.

Little tiny cubby hole offices for people that don't necessarily need to see the sunshine and aren't hampered by feeling of claustrophobia. They're housed in a really nice clean classy setting with a kitchenette, a manned front desk. And the building is very classy too. I sure there are offices with windows available I just wasn't led to one.
