Terrible experience. Had multiple days of internet dead zones which impacted my ability to work in my office. The company never offered a credit for any of the days I was unable to work in the building. Additionally, the company has yet to return my office retainer deposit and it has been two months since my agreement ended. I would not trust my deposits with this company and highly recommend finding another facility that handles customer deposits better than this one. If you absolutely need to sign an agreement with this facility, you should definitely negotiate terms on the deposit. Do not trust them with your money.

I have retracted my previous one star and moved it to a four-star after speaking with an amazing customer service representative named Kenneth. Kenneth truly listened to and understood my concerns and was fantastic in making me feel heard with my very real concerns. If the company culture can mold itself more around my experience with Kenneth, I believe that not only I would have had a good experience but your customers in general will have a better experience. If customers at least feel heard, they will feel like a person and not just a number on a balance sheet. Even if there is nothing that can be done about a particular situation, truly being heard and understood meant a lot to me. Thanks again Kenneth!
