I have had an office with Regus for about a year now. Almost everyone here is so respectful and welcoming. I love our receptionist ladies. I have never had a bad experience here until today. I came in through the lobby floor and stopped to look at the directory. I was approached but a lady who I have never seen before. She kindly asked me if I needed help and I said no thank you, I actually have an office here. Then that's when things took a turn. She became extremely rude and I was being so polite the entire time (which I regret, but I have to be professional since this is my work setting). She was very demeaning and making it seem like I didn't understand her. English is my first language so I don't understand why she was speaking to me as if I wasn't understanding English. She kept stating the directory didn't work, I was just looking at it. When she told me it didn't work, I politely said okay, thanks for letting me know. She kept staring at me and waiting for me to leave. I asked her if it was a problem if I am curious, I'm not bothering anyone. I pulled up the property manager slide on the directory and she said that was her. The property manager was extremely rude and demeaning towards me and very hostile. I don't understand why.

If you must have an office and you have no other options, this place will do.
