Regus, MN, St. Louis Park - West End

My issue is not with St Louis Park specifically. I've never been in it, but it's probably nice inside. My issue is that the company as a whole is a company designed to scam you out of your money. I did a month-to-month membership with the belief that there was very little risk. However they make it nearly impossible to cancel. So now I've paid for months that we have not used the service and haven't wanted the service. They make it nearly impossible to contact anyone online and when I did connect with people by email, they would literally never email me back when they found out I wanted to cancel. At the beginning of the membership, the account was also needlessly confusing to set up. Since I got the drop in package where you can use the service 5 times a month, I'd say the hassle of set-up wasn't worth the benefit. If you are looking to use their service daily for the rest of your life, you might find all the hassle worth it. But STAY away from this company if you want short term, infrequent usage or are in anyway uncertain. Not worth the time, hassel, frustrating poor communication, generally poor customer service and potential loss of money.

Three things matter when you select an office space: location, facility, and people. At Regus' St. Louis Park, MN facility, all three are excellent. The location offers easy access to pretty much everything in the metro area. The facility is modern, pleasant, and conducive to productivity. The people who work for Regus (Rollie, Sarah, Ashleigh, and the others) go out of their way to create an enjoyable workplace. I encourage anyone seeking an office in the west half of the metro area to check Regus West End out.

Regus West End provided our start-up company with everything we needed to get up and running. The facilities are great. The staff is top notch and dedicated to helping us succeed. The flexibility that Regus provides is more than I had hoped for. Thanks Regus!
