We've been renting an office here for a few months now, and just love it. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the building itself is beautiful. Our clients definitely prefer the hardwood floor and brick walls to the cheap carpet and drywall of our old office; it adds a touch of class to our business. Best office space we found in the area for the price. The location is great: we are 2 blocks from the light rail and one block from the library. Our bank and the post office are just a brief walk down the street. There are also several restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. The only problem is finding good parking, but that's a concern for everyone downtown so I can't fault Regus.

terrible hiring experience. i completed their app process and the next step was an interview. they expressed interest in interviewing me and gave me limited times and dates. I told them those won't work for me because of my current job, the one i'm trying to leave. the next day i informed them that my work got cancelled due to the weather and i was available for an interview that day (being one of the available dates initially offered) and they said they decided not to move forward with my application. makes absolutely no sense. don't work for this company if their hiring manager makes decisions like that. they were fully interested in seeing me for an interview but decided not to move forward because i couldn't make their interview time and then suddenly could. trash.

BusinessWorld sounded like a good deal because it gave me access to conference rooms. Turns out they rent the conference rooms out to anyone and everyone regardless of BusinessWorld membership. As a result there is NO benefit to this agreement whatsoever. In addition, they make it virtually impossible to get out of your agreement. They auto-renew IN ADVANCE without notice. They raise their rates WITHOUT notice. Talk about golden handcuffs...

Not sure the cost of the offices, but it looks like they spent millions of dollars on a shotty paint job, painted over doors, and new windows that need to be cleaned. The place feels cheap.
