Stay away. Better yet, run away. My company rented an office for a few years here. We've used Regus in nine various locations across MO, KS, OK, AR. This one is BY FAR the worst. They will charge over $600 for restoration fees when you shorten or end the lease, even if office is left in perfect condition. We gave notice 30 days out (required) and they acknowledged it over email, but requested we put it in over the online portal. We couldn't access that until the next day and they charged us a full month's extra rent as a result. Carla who is in charge said she'd dispute for us and get back with me. She never followed up and our credit card was auto-charged for rent (~$1,500). Carla then let all my calls go to voicemail and refused to talk to me over then phone (only email). When I requested to speak with someone in charge of disputes, she said "I do not have any contact information to reach our corporate office". Look at all of these recent reviews for this location. Carla is the worst building manager I have ever encountered in my professional career, Regus or not. I am in the process of cancelling every lease contract I have with Regus because of my issues with this location and their refusal to even answer a phone call at the local or corporate level.

Carla, front desk, did a good job, but my business was without stable internet for 60ish days with no help or timeline of a fix. Regus adds hidden fees and sales team does not communicate with tenants about renewals. There are better options out there, wish I knew this before I signed with them.

Beware of the Lies and Deceit. I had an agreement with Carla the salesperson for Regus at this location. Carla and her supervisor Spencer the regional manager charged my account for services that I never agreed to, in fact Carla committed to me that I would not be charged those specific additional fees. They will try to bury hidden charges in the fine print to scam you out of more money. Carla says because I don't have written proof I can't do anything to rectify the situation despite the fact that she admitted to me on record that was our agreement. The add on fees are ridiculous so be prepared to open up your wallet and pay way more that what you expect. Will have to take to court to fix. Apparently this has happened to other people at this specific location.
