They are so bad, it must be intentional. When your contract is up at the end of the year, it is virtually impossible to prevent the annual auto-renew. The local office cannot help, the customer support cannot help. Tried to terminate contract in my online account and it never happens. Two years in a row! Unethical, dishonest, and probably fraudulent. And everyone gets very rude when they realize your trying to end the contract. Worst business experience in 32 years of business.

You cannot cancel your membership. My wife has tried multiple times. They continue to charge us every month. Terrible. UPDATE: My wife lost her job due to COVID-related layoffs in April and verbally confirmed at Regus that she would have to pay out her year long contract (ending in July) and then would be done. We were fine with that. We are now told that because she didn't tell them a full three months prior to the end of her initial contract, it was automatically renewed for another year and there is "nothing we can do" since this language was in the original contract. Pretty unethical, particularly in our current situation. This is the kind of company they are (the people in Bozeman were actually nice, but in typical corporate fashion, their hands are tied). I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and disputed the charge with my bank. Just realize this if you go in--if your situation changes less than three months until the end of your term, you are screwed, and they have zero--ZERO--sympathy to help you out. If you're willing to take that risk, the actual office is fine.

I had the exact same experience as Paul Swift. I originally setup an account to use this space, and then never even set foot on the Regus property. I can voice no complaints about the actual facility itself. The problem lies with the Regus corporate team. Just as Paul described, there is virtually no option to cancel the subscription once you start it. The only way I was able to get the account cancelled was by repeatedly disputing credit card transactions each time Regus attempted to bill me. I spoke to Regus' help desk over the phone, and had to wait multiple times for about 30 minutes to speak with anyone. Then, they directed me that it was not possible to cancel the membership over the phone: according to the customer service representative, the only option to cancel was within the website portal inside the account settings. After unsuccessful attempts to cancel the membership over the phone, I communicated to Regus' online helpdesk. They directed me to a link in the website that did not exist. Supposedly, that link was the only way to cancel a membership but the URL simply didn't exist. I requested clarification from Regus' customer service and they did not respond. From my perspective, this situation appeared to be nothing more than a fraudulent scheme by Regus to perpetuate billings for users that are not receiving any service. Eventually I had to dispute credit card transactions otherwise I would have been billed over $300 in unauthorized transations. The owner of this establishment in Bozeman is likely not at fault, however in his or her response to Paul Swift the owner is clearly mistaken: there are no convenient channels where cancellation of your membership is possible. This is unacceptable and save yourself the headache from a company that is out of touch with its customers. Reserve co-working space at a different location in Montana where you can receive an acceptable level of customer service. There are several to choose from.
