Inane security guards/property management. Went to have a meeting. All proceeded fine until I had to leave when I apparently should have known by magic how to exit the building. There are no clear marked exit signs other than on the road itself. At the gate the security guards would not open the gate until I went round the perimeter back to the exit. Very high school style punishment. I'm physically still upset about the incident days later, and this as a person doing business with a tenant in the building. Trust me, any future meetings will be off site if I can help it. The system is not an asset to the working of business. Just put up clear signage rather than harassing visitors.

Regus laiboni centre have a professional look but it all depends with your needs. Kristine Gichuhi is an amazing person , i really enjoyed my visit there ,she was friendly , understanding and truly great . She deserves to be the team lead there.The two receptionist need to exude a friendly appearance. They looked like they were bored or they were somehow sizing clients. Overall i was handled well by Kristine and she answered all my queries like a professional.
