I signed a one year lease last year for a single office. The space I leased was right up near the lobby, and I had no idea how loud it would be with visitors were coming and going. I do a lot of virtual meetings and the noise was really distracting, so I emailed the woman who I worked with during the leasing process TWICE to see if there was a different space available further back from the lobby. I never received a response. A few months later I realized I was also being charged for the monthly coffee service, which I never signed up for and explicitly stated I didn’t want. I emailed about that and also never heard back (and am still owed hundreds of dollars). I just received a new contract for another year, which I obviously wish to cancel, and tried to reach out via phone without luck. I sent another email this past week and surprise; no answer. It seems like once I signed a lease and they got my money, they had no interest in communicating.

Regus is THE absolute worst! I don't recommend them at all! I have been over charged since I've been there, emails EVERY month to them about the coffee service with NO resolution. Dishonesty about the lease being the same after the 6 months. Email to customer service about a month ago and absolutely NO response about the coffee charges. Avoid them you get what you pay for! The ONLY reason I rated them a 2 is because the staff at this location seems to be trying.

My boss has been renting with Regus for years now but she recently decided she no longer wanted to rent an office there (She isn't comfortable with sharing a small office with two other people while covid is happening). However, it seemed like Regus was extremely reluctant to assist her in leaving the company. It felt as if we were physically fighting them to leave. They even gave our boss' info to A THIRD PARTY COLLECTOR!! She had just finished paying off what she owed with Regus and now she was getting calls and emails from their third party collector, Caine & Weiner. It has been an extremely stressful situation for all of us working with her. This situation could cause our business to shut down. We've contacted the Regus helpdesk and have talked to the manager at this location but nothing has been resolved. It's extremely disappointing to see from a company that is rated, at the time of writing, 4.4 stars. (Edit: May 2022 Regus once again has started contacting our company about payments we thought we had finally taken care of. I hope my review can save others from the stress and waste of money that Regus has caused us. I hope y’all are able to find a different place to rent from!)
