This is a very nice co-working space with great staff. Some key insights to consider: Coffee is not included, and you must pay per cup. That's weak sauce. Printers are provided, but you can only use them to scan. They will not print. There's a steady rotation of broken appliances in the common areas: microwave broken then ice maker broken then dishwasher broken rinse repeat. Property Manager does not run HVAC system overnight or over the weekend. The office is usually very humid until 2:00 p.m. on Monday and most mornings it is humid as well. You may want to work from home until it cools off.

This is a great place to work and be productive. Great networking opportunities to all any kinds of business. They offer a designer office space for affordable rates. Memberships and coworking space are available as well. Stop by and check it out.

Perry's Steakhouse 😋 , had to go back again was in Raleigh over the weekend, it just wouldn't be right if I didn't visit my friend Perry ! He never disappoints 😋
