I have been here at the landmark building for approximately 2.5 years. I have a tiny office, no windows, (6ft x 8ft). It’s basically the size of a closet. Regus has now DOUBLED my rent. I can understand a 5-10% rent increase but DOUBLE! Are you serious??!! During these tough economic times where everything is costing more, Regus has the audacity to literally DOUBLE my rent. I’m done! Just another example of American greed. Also, reaching Thomas the property manager is next to impossible, and he doesn’t return calls. Future tenants beware!

Went in looking for potential co-working spaces. Made that clear in both my online request and when I showed up. When I showed up, I was only shown lease options. Then I was introduced to the "pay-per-cup" coffee machine (where it's included everywhere else) and shown the ridiculously priced printer. Don't get me wrong, staff was polite but didn't address anything I was interested in. Part of the appeal was the ability to work at any Regus. Didn't even seem like that was an option.

We moved in to our office in February of 2015 and have been extremely happy ever since. The offices are modern, clean and affordable. The common spaces, such as the conference room and kitchen are attractive and well maintained. The staff is outstanding and will go out of their way to accommodate reasonable requests. Can't say enough good stuff about our experience with Regus.
