I recently had to use this location because the internet in North Cyprus is shockingly slow. About 8mbps. Here it was 80mbps, which meant i could train people on an IT system via Teams, even more quickly then in London. The staff were kind, polite, helpful and the facilities were great. It was clean, with lots of space and facilities. The price was very reasonable. For those coming from North Cyprus it was 25 minute walk from the Ledra Palace border and very straight forward. I will be recommending to others.

Rented a shared office space for a full year. First thing was they charged me for kitchen amenities that I never used. Second thing was that I received my mail parcels opened and nobody could ever find out what happened until today they are investigating the matter. So although I was paying I had to have everything mailed somewhere else just to be sure.Third incident was a complete loss or maybe theft of all my documents from a cabinet used only by me. The only response I got from them was to notify the police about the incident. Again untill today I am waiting for the investigation results because they change personnel so often that it's impossible to keep track of anyones movements.As a customer for a complete year I am very unsatisfied and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

That’s an amazing way for entrepreneurs to stay in the steam of their business. Cool prices and professional manager. Everything is automated, light, printers, access to the room. No crowd, very silent place to work. Now I am fan of Regus!
