Staff was great, the gym was basic, but functional (and sauna was a nice plus), rooms were comfortable and clean and the nights were quiet. One of my kids is on a gluten-free diet and the staff took that into account well on breakfasts. Major sights and several metro stations were a walking distance away and there was a nice view from the window towards the Thames and the Houses of Parliament. All in all a very enjoyable stay and first trip for the boys (11 and 13).

I stayed in an accessible room however the accessibility was lacking usability. I needed use of two sockets next to each other to charge my prosthetic leg and there were not two working sockets next to each other in the room. Also the single sockets were located above desks/tables and I could not fit my charger in. The bathroom door was difficult to manage.
The common areas of the hotel look tired and in need of a refresh.
Hotel is called Waterloo however it is over 20 minutes away from Waterloo station.

Not enough space here to list all the reasons why staying here would be highly recommended. My family is from the U.S. and it was our first trip to Europe with two little children in tow. Staff were incredibly helpful and kind (even with the kids adjusting to the time zone difference), it was clean, location absolutely ideal, and rooms were spacious. Lots of diversity with many different cultures and languages, and a kid area where kids could meet other kids and play together (or alone) was also wonderful. Thank you to all the staff who have been so wonderful to us!

Have stayed here a couple of times. Great location. The rooms are always clean and spacious, the check-in and check-out are easy, and they have filtered water available in the corridors. The buffet breakfast offers a good selection with vegetarian options, too.

A family friendly hotel in the heart of London, perfectly situated, only a 5 minute walk from the Big Ben, staff very helpful, rooms very nice for a stay of a few nights with kids. Definitely would stay there again in a future short visit to London.
