Fantastic stay at Novotel, we had been before when watching Britain's Got Talent at the Eventim Apollo just opposite. When visiting London this time for our twin daughters birthday, it made sense to stay here again. Parking is easy. Rooms are comfortable, we even got an upgrade to an 'Executive room' which was very modern, and a nice early check in time of 2pm. Service was fantastic, breakfast was very well organised, and plenty of choice. Special mention to Sandra, who looked after us every morning, making sure we had everything we needed, keeping us topped up with fresh coffee, and taking the time to ask our daughters if they were enjoying London, and asking what they had been up to. A lovely lady who made our stay that bit more special. Thank you. We will definitely recommend, and return. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
