The hotel was the venue for a conference. The conference facilities are very good. The rooftop bar and spar are great. The hotel however, needs a lot of work. The rooms are large and comfy with good amenities, but air cons didn't work (not just in one room) and the bottled drinking water was not replaced, we asked and had to buy our own in a nearby supermarket. The food was sadly not good. we were sick for 24 hours. The lifts were a nightmare, could be waiting for 10 or more minutes. The staff were friendly enough but expected more assistance for this price.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a stay in Madagascar. Sure the rooms are confortable and the security is ensured. But the hotel in itself is very (very!) impersonal. Almost no decoration. I felt like being in a show room :). The same hotel as anywhere in the world. The quality of the food is so-so - products are good but recipes with no imagination and little taste - a pity for a country which has so much to offer in terms of food. Overall, extremely pricy for the country, with a poor result. It's the "no surprise" type of hotel: no bad surprises of course. But no good ones either.

Excellent service, great customer service. Very spacious and clean rooms. Variety of nice food and delicacy. Ambient place and great work staff especially in the restaurant.

The booking is not following by the Owner The owner is guessing he can want what he want without respecting customers !!!! Big surprise in Accor platform If i am again facing such issues I will stop using Accor

Great hotel. Good food. Good service. Although the daily tax charge is a bit crazy.
