SCAM COMPANY!!! You are forced to sign a 2 year agreement for a VIRTUAL OFFICE!!! Remember...its virtual...so technically it only exists on PAPER. The original agreement was for $60 a month. Ok, thats fine. They send you soooo many spam emails, its overwhelming. Thats done on purpose, so when they send you the 1 email to let you know that at end of month, if you dont cancel, you will automatically RENEWED, not for another 6 months, BUT IN 6 months, it will renew for 2 years. So basically you are SCREWED for 2 1/2 YEARS as they require a 6 MONTH cancellation notice and they more than DOUBLED...yes DOUBLED the cost to almost $130 A MONTH. Keep in mind there NO other EXTRAS other than JUST AN ADDRESS...Thats it! Luckily, I saw email and canceled. Their response was.. " The new price you are being offered is to bring your price in line with the price paid by the majority of our clients and to reflect the value of the products and services we provide.".... WHAT VALUE??? Its a make believe address!!! Just look at all reviews...there should be a class action suit and I just know the right attorney who can do this. You've been warned!!!

The place reminds me of a very professional Corporation building back in the midwest; green grass, trees, and birds chirping. The lot is very clean. Security is always patrolling the area. It's located very conveniently on Sands and Howard Hughes. I came here for an interview. I love the building set-up. The buses come in this area as well.

This is the worst office rental experience I have had in 30 years. I in an office in Chicago with a rat infestation problem and I think I'd rather go back to that office. At at least with the rats I know what they're about. With the employees of Regus my only consistent experience so far is dishonesty and an unwillingness to do right by customers. I have experience absolutely no management and I've been told that you don't have executives to review or talk to even if the simplest mistake was made. There there's no willingness to correct the wrong and the attitude is who cares what the employee say honest or dishonest as long as they get an agreement signed.

Parking is horrible. Owner I was reading your response to my review. I happened to read the other reviews, it appears that parking is the least of issues at that location. Response?

It's hard to explain how deceitful and world lack of understanding and management of the employees and management of this office have. As previous Regus user with possible. I was lied to and the management doesn't even know how to access their own property. The company does not have management to talk to and is complicit with a intentional circle of deceit in order to scan public customers.
