I used to be at a Regus in Henderson and transferred here. The office staff is very nice. They are great. This review is not about them. The actual Regus business process is SO bad. They have stopped forwarding our mail twice without warning, after we asked them to keep forwarding it when we moved. Another time I asked about office pricing via email and had to follow up twice before I got a response. I opened a new LLC and asked them to forward that mail. They never replied so I thought it was handled. My husband went to get a package today and they had zero record of the new LLC. Then I got an email saying we would need to pay more for the new LLC - that’s totally fine, but why didn’t they tell me that when I emailed three months ago? When we get a package, sometimes they call me, sometimes they email me, sometimes they call my husband, sometimes they email him. It’s always random and there is no set process to it. It’s super frustrating as a busy business owner!! Knowing how much work it is to change business addresses, do NOT let your business have an address at this Regus. Go literally anywhere else.

Don't even think about it! Signed a month to month and discontinued due to heavy travel for a client. Was here maybe 3 times for less than an hour each time, and being charged over $150 for a cleaning fee. They then sent me photos to tell me how dirty the office was upon move out, which is clearly left from the occupant before me, given the photo is from under the desk, behind the desk parts, etc. Funny they go to the extent of taking an under the desk photo to prove why I shouldn't get that money back, there's no way being in that space for less than 3 hours in total caused marks on a wall behind a desk unit. Also provided incorrect instructions on how to get my deposit back. Trying to keep the $150 cleaning fee wasn't worth all the negative reviews...

If I could I would give it -2 stars. What a NIGHTMARE! Don't fall for this 'catch'. I signed up for 2 Years, they don't care at all - they didn't even persuade me to renew the lease. Worst customer service. I spoke in person with one of the Sales Managers at that time and she simply forgot to change terms in conditions on my lease. Guess what? I had to go through 800 number and they forward me to the same 'Manage' - she simply hung up on my face and laughed. I never in my entire life wrote any reviews for any businesses, trust me.
