Pretty cool workspace with modern decor designed for the entrepreneur in mind. I heard that it was a bank many years ago and Spaces Fort Greene kept the vault as part of their decor which is cool. They have the first and second floors for their business. On the second floor, there are several small offices with doors that provide privacy if needed. There is also an open space with seatings with a large window that brings in natural lighting and all of that good ole vitamin D. Let me tell you about the rooftop which is awesome. They have a rooftop lounge area with a small seating area but the view is amazing. It's a pretty good idea to be able to de-stress by just relaxing here without a care in the world. I definitely would love to spend a few hours to regenerate myself. The place is pretty large so they should implement more seating to accommodate the space.

I’m actually absolutely disgusted that such a large company is unwilling to provide a viable solution for an error their company employees made. For 3 months my small business was STALLED due to the employees at the Brooklyn Fort Greene Branch sending my mail back. For 3 months I missed out on revenue and was not able to make transactions waiting for my business card to come in the mail. However, I was told by a Chase representative that the mail was sent back several times as with others who sent mail as well. I myself went to pick up the mail and was told time after time that the mail wasn’t there only to find out after a disgruntled call to Chase that it was in fact delivered to the Brooklyn Fort Greene Branch. I expressed my anguish to several representative at Regus and all I received was a “Sorry”. No return of funds for services not rendered. No 3 months of free services granted due to services not rendered. Just an email with a “Sorry”. I then requested to cancel the service and instead of cancelling they forcibly took the annual fee from my debit account. I will be contacting my lawyer as this is a clear breach of contract as services were NOT RENDERED FOR 3 MONTHS! I would NOT recommend this company at all. Go with local co-working spaces who care about your business!
