Good: Friendly/helpful staff. Free coffee. Immaculate surroundings. Very professional atmosphere. Nice view out the windows. A great place to meet out-of-town clients. Bad: We signed up for the $169/month unlimited campus plan. But we found that we didn't like paying for parking and didn't like having to be out by 5pm (that's just not us). Also we wanted a "home," and with the campus plan you can't leave stuff at the office. Then when we went to cancel we discovered that cancellation may only occur after 90 days and with a 90-day-notice. So though we thought we were going month-to-month, we actually signed an agreement for a minimum of six months. So my recommendation is that if it fits your work style, go for it - just read your agreement carefully (duh!).

Update 6/9/2020: Tried to ask for COVID relief and they offered to take off 50% for the months of April and May but extended my agreement for 3 months. Also re-entered my agreement for the co-working space after I had elected to terminate the agreement 2 months prior to COVID. At the end they will continue to screw their clients and not provide any type of support. I was forced into an agreement I didn't want. Although the atmosphere is professional, clients are mistreated and they only care about their bottomline. They don’t accommodate your needs and when a bigger client comes into the space that supersedes your needs. There’s no flexibility as they say and they are very misleading. You nickel and dime you and charge for everything that should be included in your agreement which is actually considered a license which gives them more power over your space. You have no rights or protections even with the agreement in place.

Shout-out to a few absolutely fantastic employees - Doug the security manager was always super professional in his constant warm welcoming actions/attitudes, Audrey upstairs is a amazing receptionist who truly cares for every client and goes above and beyond in every way, the cleaning company hired (CleanCraft) have been nothing short of professional and understanding especially when I was working long hours and the restaurant within the building was top notch with it's food/atmosphere/staff/pricing! Absolutely wish I would have known about this gem prior to my employer moving me to this building. The negative I will put is that the building manager did not make any effort to put any signage up (about the intercom system not working) or lock the door for the 1st floor so others had to leave on the 2nd floor after I was locked on the first floor after business hours and made minimal efforst get the directory downstairs replaced in a timely manner.
