Today I'm writing a review for once. Actually, I don't do anything like that. However, I would like to give all new tenants a WARNING! Once you move in, everything runs smoothly. The reception is super nice and the rooms are great. Regus advertises flexibility and speed. Are you kidding me? Are you serious when you say that! As soon as you cancel, hidden costs arise. Our two walls were dirty. To do this we first had to call a painter (who were provided by Regus). The opportunity for cleanup was not given. Here the receptionist says: “This needs painting.” AND THEN IT IS SO! Here we had to pay a whopping 1500 euros. We had stickers stuck on the wall (especially for walls). This was easy to remove. No traces, nothing... Statement: "Dust got caught here and the wall needs to be repainted." A JOKE!! (see pictures) Afterwards we had to pay costs such as: kitchen flat rate, coffee flat rate (we never had it, we always bought our coffee separately - according to the statement it is booked automatically), cleaning flat rate of 20 euros per m2. Late payment (because we passed on the demands to our legal department) amounting to almost 35 euros per month!!. In the end we received a claim for almost 6000 euros. SO BE CAREFUL! The employees always say: “It’s in the terms and conditions”. We spoke to several colleagues who also left Regus and they confirmed the same thing to us. There is probably a reason why more and more office space is empty. PS: The rent for two rooms (30 m2) cost almost as much as rent for a house.
