The staff at Regus is wonderful. Both Laura and Cindy are so helpful, pleasant and really know how to provide great customer service. They really make it a point to solve your problems and always remain professional. I appreciate competent people with good dispositions, both Laura and Cindy are rock stars! I normally don't write reviews, but you have to spread the news about great customer service; it's rare nowadays.

The Regus in Beachwood is absolutely outstanding. Our company uses Regus for 14 other offices and we couldn't be happier with the building, the staff and the overall experience. Specifically at this location the staff and reception as well as the general manager are very accommodating to all of our needs. When we asked for something or need something it is done as soon as possible. I know they are managing many different companies here as well, so it is nice to be appreciated! If you are someone who needs a place to rent for office I would highly recommend this Regus space. Not just an excellent location but the people here are very professional which makes for an exceptional work environment.

The end of a long-standing relationship We have been a customer of Regus since at least 1999. Actually, it was Alliance back then, which underwent multiple name changes/acquisitions. In any event, while the staff at the individual locations are great and this is not a knock on any of them, Regus, as a company, very recently changed all their scheduling/payment procedures such that working with them is a nightmare for our business. Any recommendations on competitors? One I'm looking into is Davinci.
